Sales

Working hand-in-hand with the customer, answering questions and deciding which system(s) will best suit the customer's needs, bidding jobs and making presentations-- our salesman are there to provide you with the best experience possible. Construction

NRG's construction team consists of engineers, electricians, and programmers/technicians who work together to design, install, and program all of our jobs. A high level of interaction between every member of our team guarantees a seamless installation from planning, to design, to construction, to programming, and finally to the assembly of the user interface on the front-end machine and customer training on how to operate the system. Every individual on the construction team has an in-depth knowledge of our products and systems, enabling them to think quickly in the field to work through any problems that may arise. This ensures that when the job is complete, everything is working according to its design and intent. The construction portion of a job can often be unpredictable with post-design customer changes/additions and unforseen problems that accompany any construction job, but every member of our construction team is highly qualified and trained to solve such problems as quickly as they arise. We feel confident at the end of every job that our team has designed and built a system that works and works well, a system that goes beyond expectations, a system that the customer will be more than comfortable operating, a system that the customer loves. Service

Our commitment to our customers doesn't end when installation and programming is complete. We offer a variety of extended service contracts to ensure that our systems remain in top working condition for years to come. Service technicians visit customers regularly to fix any problems that may arise, update control systems to meet the ever-changing needs of the customer, calibrate sensors to ensure they continue to read accurately, and a variety of maintenance and upkeeping. Just like the construction techs, service techs are not only trained on all of our current systems, but are experts in maintaining our legacy systems as well.
